We offer you the opportunity to check your order upon its arrival by our courier, so please take a few moments to examine your order as refund is only available on the spot for the entire order. Kindly note that in case of on spot return, you will only cover the shipping fees in that case.

To initiate an exchange, please ensure that:

• The scarf is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• The scarf is returned in its original packaging.

Exchange Eligibility:

Exchanges are only available on rare occasions, as in the case of defective item(s).To be eligible for exchange, you must report the defect within 2 days from the date of order arrival.
